I would like to nominate Orlando Hernandez for employee of month, for tremendous leadership and work ethic. He goes above and beyond every day and completes tasks without being told. On the course he also helps hold guys accountable and takes the time to train or show them how to do jobs the correct way. We've tasked him with the job of 18 wall and he took it in stride and even worked several times alone. I've worked on a lot of high expectation courses and Orlando would fit in; We are truly lucky to have an employee like himself. Makes our job easier knowing we give him a task and he runs with it. His work ethic and drive are unmatched

I would like to nominate Wyatt for January’s Employee of the Month. He began his journey with ACC as a dishwasher and has shown incredible drive and initiative in working his way up to a line cook position. Wyatt consistently pushes himself to learn and grow, always striving to improve his skills and contribute at a higher level. His dedication and work ethic have made him a true asset to our culinary team.

I am pleased to nominate Spencer Manno for Employee of the Month. Over the past year, Spencer has demonstrated remarkable growth, dedication, and a consistently positive attitude, making him an invaluable team member. His eagerness to learn is evident in his improved servicing skills, as reflected by numerous client and member compliments. Spencer’s exceptional service enhances every event experience. A standout in reliability, he is often the first to arrive, fully prepared for pre-shift meetings and daily tasks. His commitment to punctuality and readiness sets a strong example. Spencer’s growth in Events is remarkable—progressing from boardroom meetings to high-end events with confidence and professionalism. He embraces challenges and consistently excels. Beyond his role, Spencer selflessly takes extra shifts, supporting colleagues and boosting team morale. His dedication, adaptability, and positive attitude make him a deserving recipient of this recognition.

I’d like to nominate Manuel Contreras-Vargas for employee of the month. He loves Anthem, his team and takes great pride in the rough mowing and tree trimming around the course. He is creative and artistic with his stripes around the course and takes care of his equipment like its his own. The members always appreciate his attention to detail as it enhances the golf course experience and playability.

I want to nominate Mike LaMarca for Employee of the Month. There isn’t a specific reason for the nomination this particular month, because he could be recognized every month. Mike is consistent, no matter the member or vehicle driven. Come rain or shine, or hustling in the 110+ degree heat, Mike gives it 100%. He knows the members by name and their cars, and whenever possible he makes a priority of holding the door for members as a welcoming gesture. Such a nice touch. His hustle and commitment to excellent member service is a great example for all team members to see. And his positive energy and enthusiasm is contagious, with both the team and the membership alike. It is clear, the members love Mike, and Mike loves the members back.
